Squiggler School of Art provides creative art education for children and young people in a supportive, professional studio environment.

We offer:

  • Weekly term-based art classes
  • Holiday workshops
  • Short creative programs
  • Student exhibition opportunities

Classes are delivered in person at:

  • Our gallery and studio in Redfern, NSW
  • Ngarala Public School (as specified per program)

Each class page clearly outlines:

  • Age group
  • Term dates
  • Duration
  • What’s included
  • Total fee payable

This ensures families know exactly what they’re enrolling in before payment.

Payments

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.

We accept:

  • Bank Transfer

Full payment is required at enrolment unless otherwise stated.

Upon successful booking, a confirmation email is automatically sent.

Refund & Cancellation Policy (Flexible & Family-Focused)

We understand that family life can be busy and sometimes unpredictable.

Before Term Begins

If written notice is received before the start of term, we will offer:

  • A full refund, or
  • A credit toward a future term.

After Term Has Started

If a student withdraws after classes have commenced:

  • A partial credit for remaining classes may be offered at our discretion.
  • Refunds are considered in exceptional circumstances.

Missed Classes

We are unable to provide refunds for missed classes due to illness or personal commitments.
Where possible, we may offer a make-up class during the same term (subject to availability).

Australian Consumer Law

Families are entitled to a refund or replacement where:

  • A service is not delivered as described
  • The service is significantly different from what was advertised
  • The service cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe

This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@squiggler.academy.

Service Delivery

Our services are delivered in person at our Redfern studio and at Ngarala Public School (as specified per program).

Start dates and term durations are clearly listed prior to checkout.

If a class cannot proceed within the advertised timeframe, families will be notified promptly and offered:

  • A refund
  • A credit
  • An alternative placement

We do not provide international services via this website.

Privacy & Security

We respect your privacy and the trust families place in us.

What We Collect

We collect personal information necessary to:

  • Process enrolments
  • Communicate class updates
  • Provide customer support
  • Process payments securely

Payment Security

  • Card details are transmitted via secure encrypted servers (SSL/TLS).
  • We do not store full card details after processing.
  • Payments are handled via secure banking systems.

Fraud Prevention

We use fraud monitoring tools and verification systems to prevent unauthorised transactions.

For multi-network debit cards, transactions may be routed via the eftpos network (Merchant Choice Routing).

We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
